Major B, of One Marine’s View, has an interesting post about how the Marine Mounted Color Guard came to be that you should read. I love horses and I’m glad to know that instead of slaughtering the wild horses, they are being put to use in a rather grand way– as members of the US Marine Mounted Color Guard!
