Hmm, how much do you think this one bedroom, one bathroom house would go for? Well, if you thought you found a bargain—guess again! Yeah, this little jewel of a dream is going for $173,000 smackers! The bedroom contains a Murphy bed which when released from the wall takes up the entire room! I guess you either eat out or get a grill!
