Last night was the first of the new show. I tried to watch it but kept dozing off and finally fell asleep until it was over! Wasn’t the show, it was me. Not enough sleep the night before. So, I’m not sure who’s on nor what happened! There seemed to be some assertive (bossy) people involved.
Maybe next week I won’t be sleepy!

I used to like David Letterman. I watched him for years. Several years ago I stopped liking him. I frankly thought he had lost his ability to be funny–much like SNL. I would watch occassionally and then I basically stopped watching more than I watched. I found him irritating and didn’t care for the red headed guy or Paul either.
I tuned in last night to see what he had to say about McCain not coming on his little tv show. Kinda sad to watch a man in his 60’s going on and on about someone not coming on his show, etc. I don’t know why McCain would want to go on his not so funny show after all the age jokes he’s done, which is funny coming from another not so young man!
He also had the queen of the sluts, Paris Hilton on. I didn’t watch that part of his little tv show so I don’t know how she contributed to soothing his massive ego!
Weeks ago, he was making fun of Gov. Palin’s daughter being pregnant. Guess he forgot he has a son with a woman he has not married.
Not funny anymore, Dave. You really need to retire.
Sorry, but politics is just not my cup of tea! However, there is a rumor that Biden will step down citing heath reasons and Hillary will be on the ticket with Obama. Google “Biden stepping down” and see what you get!

Yeah, well…that’s where I wish I was instead of packing boxes! This is the week-end of the Milblog Conference and Blog Expo in Las Vegas. I am so disappointed to not be there with JP and some others that I’d like to meet!

On PBS the other night they were talking to different people about this date and said that it was a woman’s birthday that day and her husband died in the WTC. His body was never found but his Jag was and the trunk was undamaged. When it was opened there was a birthday gift from her husband with a wilted rose on top. So many sad, sad stories!
The Today Show had a segment on the fraud the Nigerians are hoping people will fall for and send them money. One couple send over $2000 and got a key in the mail that, of course, didn’t open the door to the house they were interested in! Rotten Nigerians!

September 8th is my #1 (and only) son’s birthday! We thought we might go see The Dark Knight and then found out it wasn’t shown after 8 pm–oops! We thought we were going to a late movie and turns out we were too late for the movie! heh Maybe later this week.
I keep thinking I ‘m going to write about his story but I just don’t have time with moving time approaching!
